Clients that registered before April 28, 2023, did so on our previous scheduling platform, Power Pet Sitter. We have since transitioned to Precise Pet Care. Please see below to register on Precise Pet Care before requesting services.
Existing clients should have received an email invitation to register on our new online scheduling software, Precise Pet Care, on or around April 8, 2023.
If you cannot find the email with the invitation link please CLICK HERE and email us “INVITE,” so that we may resend your invitation link.
Once you have registered on Precise Pet Care, please review your profile and make sure all information is current. This includes, but is not limited to, your address, phone numbers, emergency contacts, alarm codes, door and garage codes, as well as pet care information and instructions.
We encourage you to download the Precise Pet Care smartphone app for seamless access to this new, more robust system. Once logged in, you can set up push notifications for real-time updates sent directly to your phone. If not set up on the Precise Pet Care app, all communication will go to the email address you used to register.
