Parks, Landmarks & Activities
Whether it’s at an off-leash dog park or a city landmark with beautiful greenery, a pet-friendly day is always a good idea, especially this time of year. BringFido has a listing of local parks, businesses, and more that not only welcome pets but many times cater to their needs.
Including your pets in your adventures is a great way to make memories and get everyone out of the house. But, it’s important to prepare properly with all necessary equipment and supplies. It’s also important to consider your pet’s comfort levels and call it a day once your hound or kitty has had enough. Don’t forget the bug repellent and tick/flea prevention because, even in the cooler seasons, bugs can bite.
Finally, if you’re including a cat in your adventures, please be sure to check the pet-friendly status for cats. While all of these are pet-friendly, it’s always a good idea to call ahead and confirm.
